Your Questions, Our Answers
We´ve collected some of the most frequently asked questions here. We hope they´re helpful! If you don´t find the answer you´re looking for, please don´t hesitate to contact us.
The first step is to get in touch, via email or phone, to tell us a little about yourself and why you chose this breed. It´s essential for us that our puppies go to families who are right for them. If we´re both happy with the choice, we can add you to a waiting list for future litters.
By law and to ensure proper physical and mental development, our puppies don´t leave the kennel before they are 60 days old. This period is crucial for imprinting with their mother and siblings, from whom they learn the basics of canine communication and behavior.
Absolutely. Health is our priority. All our breeding dogs are officially screened for the main hereditary diseases of the breed, such as hip and elbow dysplasia, eye diseases, and the MDR1 test. Certificates are available upon request.
Each of our puppies is delivered to their new family with:
Transfer Agreement
Pre-vaccinated microchip and registration in the canine registry
Official ENCI pedigree
Health record with the first round of deworming and vaccinations
Certificate of good health from the veterinarian
A "Puppy Kit" with the food the puppy is accustomed to and a small memento of the breeder.
Certainly! In fact, we´re delighted to meet our puppies´ future families in person. Visits are by appointment only, so we can dedicate ourselves completely to you and avoid disturbing our dogs´ peace and quiet, especially when there are litters of puppies.
Yes, he can live happily in an apartment as long as he gets the right amount of daily physical and mental activity. He´s not a "couch potato" dog: he loves walks, brain games, and being part of family life. His happiness doesn´t depend on the size of your home, but on the quality time you give him.
Reflect carefully on the long-term commitment required. A dog is a long-term responsibility, so make sure you are prepared to dedicate time, affection, and resources to your new four-legged companion.
Taking the time to follow these steps can make a significant difference in ensuring a happy and healthy life for your new furry friend.
For us, giving away a puppy isn´t the end, but the beginning of a journey. We remain a point of contact throughout the dog´s life, always available to offer advice on growth, training, nutrition, or any other needs. We´re incredibly happy to receive photos and updates on our little ones as they grow!
